Delete Your Account & Data

Draft notice: this document has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It reflects how the platform actually works today and is provided as a starting point for legal review before being relied upon.

You can request deletion of your UABS account and associated personal data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

To request deletion, email support@uabs.in from the email address or mobile number registered on your account, with the subject "Delete My Account". Include your registered mobile number so we can locate your account.

What gets deleted: your profile details, saved patient/family records, appointment history, saved doctors, notifications, and any documents you uploaded through the app.

What we retain, and why: invoices and payment records are kept for the period required by Indian tax law, even after account deletion, and audit/security logs may be retained briefly for fraud prevention. This data is retained separately from your active account and is not used for any other purpose.

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
